Refund policy

Pending owner decision and review. Purchases are closed until the final policy is published.

The earlier prototype's blanket no-refund text is not being reused as an approved launch policy. Before checkout opens, this page will explain the refund window, how to request a refund, and what happens to an activated license.

If a license email is missing or activation fails, contact support with the purchase email, app version, and the key's last four characters. Full refunds disable subsequent license renewal; an already verified offline token can remain valid until it expires.
